peach salsa

  • 2-3 peaches chopped
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 lime juiced
  • handful fresh cilantro
  • 5-8 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeño (ours are HOT this year- adjust to taste)
  • 1 t. salt

I blended all the ingredients together except the peaches. I hand chopped the peaches then combined after blending. This made almost 2 pints.

Ready for fish tacos tonight! Or just a chips and salsa snack this afternoon.
