- 2-3 peaches chopped
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lime juiced
- handful fresh cilantro
- 5-8 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeño (ours are HOT this year- adjust to taste)
- 1 t. salt
I blended all the ingredients together except the peaches. I hand chopped the peaches then combined after blending. This made almost 2 pints.
Ready for fish tacos tonight! Or just a chips and salsa snack this afternoon.
